Packet pickup is where you collect your shirt, race bag, bib, and other items you'll need for race day. Make sure to hold on to your bib — you'll need it to run! Pickup details including days, times, and location will be announced closer to race day.
Packet pickup takes place the week before race day. Check the Details page under "Pre Race Day" for the exact days, times, and location once it's announced.
We'll also have packet pickup available the morning of the race, so you won't miss out. That said, we highly encourage picking up during the week before if you can — it helps you avoid long lines on race morning and gives you time to check your bib, try on your shirt, and get everything sorted stress-free. Check the Details page under "Pre Race Day" for exact days, times, and location.
If event transfers are enabled, you can transfer your registration through RunSignUp. Log in to your account, go to Profile → Upcoming Events → Manage Registration → Transfer Event. Depending on the page layout, the Transfer Event option may appear at the top or on the left side of the page. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us.
Yes! You can pick up packets on behalf of another registered participant as long as you bring a photo of their valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). A picture on your phone is fine — you don't need the physical ID. The person picking up must be 18 or older. If you're picking up for a child who is not your own, you'll need a photo of that child's parent or legal guardian's ID.
Absolutely. One person can pick up for multiple people — just bring a photo of each person's valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). A picture on your phone works. The person picking up must be 18 or older. For any minors in the group who aren't your children, you'll need a photo of their parent or legal guardian's ID instead.
Yes! We offer a virtual race for those who can't make it in person. Check out our Races page for all available events including the virtual option.
