The Bluebonnet Run store is run by CROME, the nonprofit behind the race. Every dollar of margin funds scholarships for students in Ennis & Ellis County.

Pre-orders: pay now, ships the week of April 6, 2027

Most items are pre-orders made for this season. You’re charged when you order; nothing ships until the week of April 6, 2027. If that date ever has to move, we’ll email you the new date and the option of a full refund.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. After it ships, exchanges happen at packet pickup or the race-day tent; we do not accept returns by mail.

To cancel, open the private order link from your confirmation email (or request a fresh link on the orders page) — refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You can cancel yourself from that link until we start packing your order; after that, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Shipping

US addresses only this season. Flat $6, free on orders of $50 or more. Tracking arrives by email the moment your order ships.

Free pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order free at Packet pickup · Fri Apr 16 or the race-day tent — bring your confirmation email or just your name. You can switch a shipping order to pickup from your order link until we start packing it (we refund the shipping fee).

Payment

Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major cards. Card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe emails your payment receipt; we email everything about the order itself.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Swap it at packet pickup or the race-day tent while stock lasts. We can’t take returns by mail.
